1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Application form answers: the number of painting crews you run and your revenue range for the last 12 months.
- Contact details: your name, mobile phone number, business name, and email address (optional).
- Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted by phone and text, the consent wording shown to you, and when you agreed.
- Booking details: the time you pick and any information you enter when you book a call through our scheduler.
- Communications: anything you send us by email, text, or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, and general location derived from your IP address.
- Usage data: pages you view, whether you press play on a video, form steps you start or complete, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
- Campaign data: UTM parameters (such as source, medium, and campaign) and ad click identifiers (such as Meta's
fbclid) included in the link you used to reach us. - Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5. The site also stores your form progress in your browser's session storage so you don't lose your answers if the page reloads. That data stays in your browser and clears when you close the tab.
Information from others
We may receive information from service providers that help us run this site, such as confirmation that a call was booked from our scheduling provider, and aggregated or de-identified reporting from advertising platforms.
2. How we use information
- To contact you about our services by phone, text message, and email, including following up on your application.
- To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and hold consultation calls.
- To review whether our services are a good fit for your business and service area.
- To measure and improve our advertising, for example, to understand which ads lead to applications and booked calls.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve this website.
- To keep records of your communication preferences and consent.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Calls and text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Noble Agency may call and text you at the number you provide about our services, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Messages may include application follow-ups, call scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't send you further texts unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or email us at johnpatel@noblea.net.
- To stop phone calls, tell us on the call or email us, and we'll update our records.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our own messages to you (for example, our messaging platform), who may use it only for that purpose.
5. Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. This website may use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, together with cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc). The Pixel records events such as page views, video plays, form starts, application submissions, and booked calls. It helps us measure how our ads perform, build audiences, and show relevant ads to people who visited our site.
When you submit your contact details, the Pixel may also send them to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form. This is called “advanced matching” and helps Meta connect those events to an account. We do not put your name, phone number, or email in plain text in Pixel event data.
Your choices:
- Adjust how Meta uses information from other businesses to show you ads in your Meta ad preferences (Accounts Center → Ad preferences).
- Learn how Meta handles data in the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some measurement won't.
6. Server-side ad measurement (Conversions API)
We may also use a server-side connection to an advertising platform, such as Meta's Conversions API, to send the same events (for example, an application submitted or a call booked) directly from our server. This makes ad measurement more reliable when browsers block or limit cookies. Any contact information sent this way, such as name, email, phone number, or ZIP code, is hashed before it leaves our server. It may be sent along with your IP address, browser user agent, and ad click identifiers. The same choices described in Section 5 apply.
7. Scheduling with Calendly
We use Calendly to let you book a call. When you pick a time, the information you enter (such as your name, email, and phone number) is collected and processed by Calendly on our behalf, and we receive the booking details. Calendly's handling of your information is described in the Calendly Privacy Notice.
8. Videos and YouTube embeds
Our client testimonial videos are hosted on YouTube (owned by Google), and our main video may be hosted by YouTube or another video provider. The site shows a preview image first and only loads the video player when you press play. Once the player loads, the provider may set cookies and collect information about your device and viewing, under its own policy. For YouTube, see the Google Privacy Policy.
9. How we share information
We share information only as described in this policy:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, scheduling (Calendly), CRM and workflow automation, phone and text messaging, and email. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, as described in Sections 5 and 6. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for marketing purposes (see Section 4).
- Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Noble Agency, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat the use of advertising cookies and pixels as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” See Section 13 for how to opt out.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes following up on your application, providing services if you become a client, keeping records of consent and opt-outs, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Then we delete or de-identify it. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor your choice.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to people who need it. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Your state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California and several other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws), you may have some or all of these rights, subject to exceptions:
- Know and access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have about you, and how we use and share it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we collected from you.
- Portability: receive a copy of your information in a usable format.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and of its use for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.
- Non-discrimination: we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. To make a request, email johnpatel@noblea.net with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We'll verify your request using information we already have, such as your email or phone number. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll explain the outcome. You can also limit advertising cookies at any time using the choices in Section 5.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
