These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and related communications from Noble Agency (“Noble Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting our application form, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Use of the site
This website gives information about Noble Agency's marketing and appointment-setting services for painting companies, and lets business owners apply and book a call. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use it. If you use the site for a business, you confirm that you're authorized to act for that business.
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's information, or apply on someone else's behalf without their permission;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its forms, or its systems;
- use bots or automated means to submit forms or book calls; or
- copy, resell, or exploit the site's content except as these Terms allow.
2. Applications and consultation booking
- Application. Our form asks a few questions about your business to help us understand whether we may be a fit. Submitting it doesn't guarantee that we'll offer or provide services.
- Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through our third-party scheduler, Calendly. Times shown depend on availability and may change. You'll get a confirmation from the scheduler with options to reschedule or cancel. Please use those options if you can't make it.
- No obligation; no client relationship. A consultation call is a conversation about whether our services make sense for your business. Booking or attending one doesn't create a client relationship and doesn't obligate either of us to anything. Any services, fees, ad spend, and terms will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.
- Our discretion. We may decline, reschedule, or cancel any application or call, for example if your area is unavailable or we don't believe we're a good fit.
3. No guarantee of results
Results vary. Noble Agency does not guarantee a specific number of appointments, and does not guarantee that any booked estimate will turn into a sold painting project. Testimonials reflect individual client experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
Any figures, examples, or case studies on this site or in our videos are illustrative only. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control. These include your market, pricing, crew capacity, sales process and close rate, follow-up, reviews and reputation, ad budget, seasonality, and changes made by advertising platforms. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of income, revenue, or business results. This site is not part of or endorsed by Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. SMS and call terms
- Program. If you give consent on our form, Noble Agency may call and text you at the number you provide about our services, your application, and your scheduled calls, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.
- Help. Reply HELP, or email johnpatel@noblea.net.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number. You confirm that you're the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. You'll tell us if you give up or change that number.
- Privacy. We don't sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The site uses or links to third-party services, such as Calendly for scheduling, YouTube and other video providers for videos, and Meta for advertising and measurement. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, videos, graphics, logos, and the “Noble Agency” name, are owned by Noble Agency or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Client testimonials appear with permission. Any trademarks belonging to others remain the property of their owners.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Agency and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, jobs, or data, arising from or related to your use of the site, the application form, or a consultation call, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Noble Agency from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that isn't yours or isn't accurate.
10. Governing law
